Track a consignment

The LR number off your copy of the consignment note, and the mobile it was booked against. Both, because where a load has got to is the consignor's business and nobody else's.

How a consignment moves

  1. Booked The consignment note is raised at the origin office and carries the number now on your copy.
  2. Dispatched Loaded onto a lorry against a challan and on the road.
  3. Received at destination Checked in at the destination office, against the same LR number.
  4. Delivered Handed over and acknowledged by the consignee.

A consignment cancelled at the booking office says so instead of showing a stage.
